Clear medium to dark amber color with a small, virtually none appearance, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, moderate to light heavy hoppy, citrus - orange. Flavor is light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is moderate alcoholic.
From tap at the Stone Bistro. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Distinct hoppy, sharp and very aromatic nose. Smooth fruity, light hoppy sharpness and with a smooth malt base. Crisp and fruity with a solid fruity hoppy flavoured finish. Lovely. Ungstrup (37678) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 7, 2010
Draft. A chestnut colored beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and hops which lends it notes of grass, grapefruits, and lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and spices, leading to a very bitter finish. joergen (28177) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 10, 2010
Bottle at Theis og Mette.
Cloudy red brown coloured with a small off white head.
Fruity aroma of hay, grass, dried fruits, hops and pine needles.
Fruity flavour of caramel, grass, hops and pine needles with notes of dried fruits.
Dry hoppy finish. oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - MAR 13, 2010
Bottled (thanks omhper!). Ruby colour, small head. Aroma is hops, sticky alcohol, more hops and alcohol. Flavour is rather much the same. Very Stone-like hoppy super IPA, but sadly I don’t like this type of hoppyness in a beer...

Bottled. Dark brown, rich but brief head. Powerful perfumy pink grapefruit aroma, Sweet, but slick and slimmer than anticipated from a 9.5% brew. Grapefruity hops dominate together with licorice. Very bitter finish. The sweetness and enormous hop content hide the alcohol well. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 25, 2009
On tap. Courtesy of DrBill. Beautiful warm reddish brown with a creamy, beige head. Fantastic spicy aroma hops in the nose. Full-bodied with a very solid malt base of roasted malts, burned caramel and nuts. Intensely perfumy aroma hops in the finish. Very delicious. 070709 Travlr (24913) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 21, 2014
Draught at Churchkey. Pine, grass and citrus aroma, lots of caramel, good body. Nothing complex, just lots of hops and malt madmitch76 (24807) - , Essex, ENGLAND - MAY 7, 2012

Slight haze on this dark brown beer. Some hop on the nose. Soft palate - smooth. Deep rich hops bit not too bitter harsh. Subtle caramel malt underneath and then a little sweet pineapple. Finishes soft and a little dry with the marmalade rich hops taking over again. Some bitterness in the aftertaste. Fine beer!
Really delicious and deep. Had a glass on tap at Rattle n Hum. Pours a dark, ruby red. Nose of hops and sweet fruits. Flavor is complex: nice hop presence along with some roasted maltiness with notes of caramel and toffee. Warming mouthfeel with the decent ABV. Finish is sweet and slightly bitter. Great beer.
