UPDATED: AUG 15, 2017 Arômes de caramel, bois, bourbon. Robe rougeâtre claire, faible mousse. Alcool, amertume, tourbe.

Thin head fades quick. Barrel aging basically addes a green barrel bitterness on tongue. Nose is very light barrel. Overall it is harsh and barrel unpleasant. Leaves an astringent barrel flavor on the tongue. This isn’t what you want from a barrel aged beer. VERY disappointed.

Not a fan of this beer. Leaves a distinct bitter aftertaste on the back of your tongue. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bourbon, słodycz, alkohol dobrze zakamuflowany, delikatna wanilia, delikatny karmel, dodatkowo goryczka chmielowa. Całkiem sensowne.

Deep copper color with a lacing cream colored head. Aroma of toasted malt and a hint of bourbon. Bourbon barrel aging adds a rich sweetness and boozy finish.

Kind of a steal @ 300 baht (BrewBridge Cheong Talay). Tame at 8.1% but some burn late. Some old wood (I think) & some boozy spirit notes but they are not heavy going.

Hazy brown color, off-white head with short retention and nice lacework. Aroma has notes of caramel, some molasses and light bourbon. Flavor with moderate bitterness, some resins. Very dry mouthfeel and toasted wooden notes in the final with light Bourbon aftertaste.

FDP Backlog. Much better than basic arrogant. Vanilla, marshmallow, toast, hoppy, bitter.

Amberkleurig bier met off-white stabiele schuimkraag. Aroma en smaken van caramel, toffee, licht vineus. De bourbon ruik en proef je goed. Licht moutig, redelijk zoetige afdronk. Prima bier.

Faint aroma of wooden barrel with notes of caramel and hints of red fruitiness. Deep amber in the glass with creamy tan head. Taste is dry, flavor is dominated by wooden barrel, a lot of woody astringent notes, maybe little bit of caramel. Well, barrel not always makes beer ass kicking.
