HonusWagner's rating

3.5
HonusWagner (2168) - Florida, USA - AUG 22, 2013
UPDATED: APR 18, 2014 What a stupid name for a beer. Interesting flavor profile with a sort of carnival roasted pecan thing going on but also a good load of rye spiciness. The big problem is that this beer doesn’t hide its alcohol content well, the nose is really boozy (like sniffing liquor) and the taste also has that same problem. Cool enough beer to share, but my god do I regret opening this alone.

Czarny kolor, niewielka, ale ładna, drobna, beżowa piana. Aromat obłędny - czekolada, wanilia, kokos. W smaku gęsta, słodka czekolada, intensywny kokos, mocna wanilia! Beczka zrobiła swoje! Rewelacja!

4.5
Cybuch (347) - Muszyna, POLAND - MAY 15, 2017

zvikar (6068) - Ramat Gan, ISRAEL - MAY 14, 2017

oberschlesier (46) - Kattowitz, UPPER SILESIA, - MAY 12, 2017
Great aroma of plum jam, generally nice aroma balance, rather sweet. Well hidden alcohol. This beer has 13% alc., but if I had a blind-test, I would say that it has about 7-8%.

3.9
mgajdaczewa (2094) - Katowice, POLAND - APR 30, 2017
W aromacie czekolada, kakao, mniej kawy, lekki orzech i wanilia, mało beczki, ale przyjemnie. W smaku gęste, oleiste, czekoladowe z orzechowymi naleciałościami, mało paloności, nieco kawy. Team słodyczka. Alko nieźle ukryte, choć ideału nie ma. Jest to dobre.

4
DroolYeast (1464) - Aalborg, DENMARK - APR 30, 2017
Bottle. Aroma bourbon, coffee, vanilla, some burnt caramel. Black with tan head. Taste is moderate sweet and light bitter. Full body, oily feel and bourbon finish.
