By definition, an India Pale Ale is hoppier and higher in alcohol than its little brother, pale ale-and we deliver in spades. Now one of the most well respected and best-selling IPAs in the country, this golden beauty explodes with citrusy flavor and hop aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. This crisp, extra hoppy brew is hugely refreshing on a hot day, but will always deliver no matter when you choose to drink it.

What a wonderful IPA. Aroma of candied fruit, and excellent crisp palate. The flavor is exactly what an IPA should be - well rounded. Delicious.

Pours a solid hazy golden colour with a white sticky head. Big hop floral aroma with sharp notes of orange peel. Lots of hop flavour, from start to finish. Starts with a light sweetness, with some citrus fruit notes in the middle, and big hop bitterness in the finish. All and all top f’n notch IPA.

me and my friends bought a six pack of this to be adventurous, i have not had anything better, but of coarse i am relatively new to the beer scene, the flavor was so perfectly balanced between medium bitterness and a sweetness that hits in the beginning, i loved every sip and this is now my friends favorite beer

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Golden pour with a strong delightful aroma almost matched by its taste. Surprisingly good for a year round brew. Wish I could find this at home.

best ipa ive ever had, hops are REALLY strong but refreshingly bitter without being overpowering, hints of sweetness in the finish

The was the first IPA I ever enjoyed and even slightly appreciated. Aroma isn’t the typical IPA hoppy apricot smell. It is there, but much lighter. Slight and mild bitterness, not overpowering at all. Taste is not too intense at all. I really want to try this again after I try some more IPAs to see how much I still like it.

22 oz. great hop aroma right from the start. crisp, fresh hop flavor, very citrusy/orange and somewhat sweet. slightly sticky mouthfeel, but smooth overall. One i could drink frequently.

This is one of my top 3 favorite beers brewed in the United States. Definitely my favorite IPA overall. Yummylicious!

Good flavor. Lacking in hops, expected more from an IPA. Not quite as good as I was led to believe.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2007. It’s just grapefruit juice. Gold with slight haze, bubbly off white head. Lots and lots of grapefruit. Fine in mouth. I was really looking forward to this and it’s still a little lacking in the mouth like the pale ale. Great, great hop though and decent balance.
