By definition, an India Pale Ale is hoppier and higher in alcohol than its little brother, pale ale-and we deliver in spades. Now one of the most well respected and best-selling IPAs in the country, this golden beauty explodes with citrusy flavor and hop aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. This crisp, extra hoppy brew is hugely refreshing on a hot day, but will always deliver no matter when you choose to drink it.

Pours slightly hazy,, with rich golden color. Impressive citrus flavors with a moderate, yet smooth, bitter finish. This is a very dry beer without almost no sweet taste. An excellent beer.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2008 22oz. bottle served 46F in snifter. Hazy tawny port in colour. Strong but very pleasant hop aroma with an abundance of fresh mown hay. Hop notes lingered for minutes.until my tongue begged for another fix... but, that eventually washed out to white noise. No malt flavor to mention. I enjoy the aroma much more than the taste. Thank you andyhite. Cheers Brother!

Duster72 (117) - Indianapolis, Indiana, USA - MAR 23, 2007
UPDATED: APR 7, 2007 Pours a slightly cloudy orangey golden. Aroma is the show stopper with a wonderful bouquet of citrus hops with grapefuit up front. Taste follows the aroma with more floral hops than anticipated. A little bit on the bitter side, but not in a bad way. Mouthfeel is smooth and clean. Highly drinkable. Nice IPA.
