By definition, an India Pale Ale is hoppier and higher in alcohol than its little brother, pale ale-and we deliver in spades. Now one of the most well respected and best-selling IPAs in the country, this golden beauty explodes with citrusy flavor and hop aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. This crisp, extra hoppy brew is hugely refreshing on a hot day, but will always deliver no matter when you choose to drink it.

I think my experience was tainted. After i finished I noticed it expired three months ago. Not anything special. But the bar sucked too.

Just like me in the midst of a wild and crazy round of drunken hopscotch, this beer is HOPPY. Very crisp, bitter finish. I can understand how past raters have claimed its somewhat acidic, with an almost medicinal quality at times.. but still, a great beer. Those 70 IBUs hit your palate like a fat girl crashing a tricycle.
