22oz. bottle. Pouring smoothly into my pint glass, I can see the light amber/orange colored brew slowly rise to the top forming a nice one inch slightly off white head. What a fine sight it is. The first thing to hit my nose is pineapple, like I just opened a can as I often do. Then it starts to become more complex with other fruit odors, maybe a little bit of a peach schnapps smell or, maybe its that I detect a little bit of the sweet smell of honey. Wow, my rookie nose is really showing its character, or is it that the complexity of this beer is blowing my mind? Upon the first taste I notice the malty sweetness and flavor explosion. Nice and bitter with plenty of mouth watering hoppy citrus flavor. Extremely refreshing and inspiring. The head retains itself at about a quarter inch leaving a nice lace to the end. Or no, its not over yet, I still havent finished the bottle. The rest pours smoother as it has warmed a little. This beer must be bottled conditioned because it is now cloudy in my glass, as the complex flavors improve. I know that this is the best IPA Ive had yet.
W aromacie cytrusy, najbardziej czuć pomarańcze. W smaku fajne wytrawne ale orzeźwiające. Piwo nieziemsko pijalne. Lekko za duże wysycenie.Finisz pusty.
Klasyka. rayaron (1992) - Kfar Saba, ISRAEL - NOV 17, 2017
Can at Dusseldorf airport. Clear yellowish with white head. The aroma is piney with notes of tropical fruits and citrus. Bitter flavor with notes of citrusy hops, piney, some tropical fruits, "green". Slightly dry, medium-bodied. BrewHausMalta () - MALTA - NOV 16, 2017
On tap from Ryan's in St. Julians. Aroma is citrus, pine, and initial taste is fruity followed immediately with a bold bitterness which resonates. Very well balanced and excellent tasting. One of my favourite IPAs ever. ony4 (11) - Šiauliai, LITHUANIA - NOV 16, 2017

klasyczna ipa z chmielowa, niezalegajaca goryczka, wytrawna i pijalna z tropikalnymi owocami w smaku i aromacie. TorbenJensen (1572) - Valby, DENMARK - NOV 9, 2017
This IPA has a stunningly beautiful foaming. Aroma is citrus and spices. The taste is dominated by grapes, pine needles and spices like grass, coriander and basil. It's an extremely delicate IPA, where the hop bitterness is significant, but is not bitter than a level where I think everyone will be able to find positive things pjotrapostou (361) - POLAND - NOV 9, 2017
Bardzo klasyczne IPA, dobra, intensywna, ale nie lodygowa i nie zalegająca goryczka, wytrawne, dobre. nuplastikk (6452) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 9, 2017
12oz bottle. Pretty awesome that an IPA brewed in 1997 can still hold up in 2017. The hop bill is a little NW antiquated, but bitter and bold at the same time, more so than most IPAs these days. Filtered, which keeps it clean, because the hops and overall mouthfeel are pretty solid and intense. Pretty much a great IPA that has stood the test of time. 330ml can. Pours slightly hazy amber, foamy white head, sticky lacing. Aroma is fruity, hoppy, bit resinous, malty and very well balanced. Very nice nose! Taste is bitter, juicy, tropical, resinous, lots of grapefruit, orange peel. Some herbal and grassy notes in aftertaste. Taste is bit more harsh than aroma, but still lovely. Medium + bodied, bit over average carbo. Really good example of pure breed IPA.
