By definition, an India Pale Ale is hoppier and higher in alcohol than its little brother, pale ale-and we deliver in spades. Now one of the most well respected and best-selling IPAs in the country, this golden beauty explodes with citrusy flavor and hop aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. This crisp, extra hoppy brew is hugely refreshing on a hot day, but will always deliver no matter when you choose to drink it.

UPDATED: MAR 31, 2013 Was very excited to try this one, amazed I was able to grab some of this in Australia. Pours a light yellow colour with a generous white fluffy head, Looks very nice. Nice hope aroma, not overwhelming but indicates a exciting beer ahead. Taste is a little different from many IPAs I have had before, has the hoppy taste with some medium bittereness but also has a little sweetness as well. Very well balanced beer, this beer certainly did not dissapiont, Top notch beer.

Light copper appearance with a medium head. The taste is of grapefruit with medium bitterness for an IPA. Also has a higher malty flavor. One of the better IPA beers.

Vibrant gold color with humongous white head. A bready floral citrus hop smell. A pretty intense bitter taste with a fair amount of grapefruit, mid to late palate is a nice yeasty, cracker, bread with a tiny bit of caramel malt. A little too intense on the bitter and lacking in the sweet but enjoyable overall. Gorgeous sticky lacing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: APR 10, 2013 Golden pour. Mild fruitiness and hops on the aroma. Taste is bitterness. Smooth, then big hit of the bite. Mild sweetness on end. Palate is a lingering bite. Overall, great bitter and sessional IPA, but nothing on the ruination!

UPDATED: APR 23, 2016 355ml bottle (Alko Arkadia, Helsinki)(7:3:6:4:13=3.3)
Lovely fruity hoppy aroma, refreshing, and uplifting. Orange, small frothy head. Nice full palate, smooth, but pleasant carbonation. Alas a slightly mashy crystalmalt-like taste, a little sticky. Citrussy hops dance around the back of the mouth, and finally the sticky resiny bitterness kicks in, to join the dots. That late finish is just pure resiny bitteness, a touch fruity, and very nice. A touch too acidic with some of the resins - I thought it was only English brewers who used fertilised female hops - as that’s what this reminds me of. Wayhay - we’re out of the trough.

Stunningly refresing aroma, even more uplifting than before, very perfumey on top of the above. Hazy orange, small sticky persistent tight head, lots of lacing. Just as refreshing in the mouth, no sticky crystal malts, so much zesty hops, mixed peel, so fruity - juicy sweetness. Drinkability very high. Alcohol totally covered. Damn, the last one was not a patch on this. This is simply delicious.

Stanky and watery. Not good.

Very good ipa. Has a nice light and hop mix. It says 70 ibis but didn't seem overpowering. Very nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very hoppy, and yet very smooth. The nose is dominated by grapefruit, honey, rockmelon and pine. There’s also a nice dusty finish. The mouthfeel is incredibly hoppy and yet not overbearing. A nice achievement.
