By definition, an India Pale Ale is hoppier and higher in alcohol than its little brother, pale ale-and we deliver in spades. Now one of the most well respected and best-selling IPAs in the country, this golden beauty explodes with citrusy flavor and hop aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. This crisp, extra hoppy brew is hugely refreshing on a hot day, but will always deliver no matter when you choose to drink it.

growler Hop flowers and carmel malts in the nose. Nice creamy head that thinned out but sustained. Balanced earthy citrus and creamy carmel malts. Resiny and smooth. Nutty bitter hoppy finish with biscuty malts.

Aroma of fruits, citrus and hints of grass and grains. Golden with a white head. Medium sweet and medium + bitter. Medium body with a average carbonation. Dry and bitter finish. Overall an OK IPA, but a bit on the boring side.

4 month old can > wine glass, 1 week until Enjoy By. A: Cloudy light orange gold pour with 1/4" of beige foam that quickly fell to a film, leaving tracks of lace. S: Light scent of mainly pine, tangerine and toffee. A little alcohol and wood. T: Bitter grapefruit pith and orange pulp with caramel and wood malt notes. M: Medium body with crisp carbonation and wet resinous finish. O: Pretty good all around IPA.

UPDATED: FEB 13, 2018 Lekko zmetnione, trwała piana. Aromat słaby, trochę żywicy i owoców, zboże. W smaku fajniej, dość sporo owoców i iglaków, półwytrawne. Goryczka średnio niska jak na IPA, dość krótka, owocowo pestkowa. Nie czuć tego 7% alko. Trochę przereklamowane

12 oz bottle at Il Birrificio Camberwell Vic. Pours hazy apricot with small white head. Aroma is big, tropical fruits with a little citrus. Flavour is dominated by bitter hop hit. The solid malt backbone provides plenty of support for the hops. Taste is strongly bitter with reasonable sweetness underneath. Palate is thick with a slightly creamy or oily mouthfeel. Lasting residual bitterness on the front and mid palate. Overall a very good big IPA. Not easy to find in Australia but worth the hunt.

Orange brass in color, medium carbonation. Too much pine and lingering bitterness for me, the bitter aftertaste will stay with you a while. Decent carbonation and retention with the lacing. Not enough smoothness and fruitiness, straight pine and bitter. While I will call it a very good IPA it's just not one I come back to very often. I did today and so the review. Still very good if you're a fan.

Sweet aroma of herbs & clementine. Clear golden with long lasting low white head. Light sweet & medium bitter taste. Full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation & a bitter finish.
