COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
To create a recipe so tropical and fruity without the addition of fruit was no feat our team of brewers would leave up to the gods. They took floral and citrus notes from Mosaic, Loral and Mandarina Bavaria hops to dish up a mouthwatering fruit punch to the palate. Get deserted on your own island or share with others. One thing is for sure: there is no need to light this one. It is already on fire.

From a 22 oz bottle into a St Bernardus glass. Pours gold with head and lace. Aroma of grains and straw hops, wood shavings, citrus zest. Significant carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of pale malt, grains, grapefruit zest, minerals, bitter roots, hay, slight cream of tartar. Overall rich, bold, flavorful with some rough notes.

rosenbergh (12161) - Tampere, FINLAND - APR 18, 2018
22 oz bottle. Bottled on 02/21/18. (Palm Springs Liquor) La Mesa, CA.
Clear bright golden color with a small white head. Mild citrusy hoppy aroma. The flavor is herbal, citrusy and piney hops, mild bitterness and dryness. Not so imaginative.

This IPA has a mix of both citrus notes, floral notes, and a few tropical elements. The overall mix wouldn't be Stone without some bitterness as well.

Troupis (286) - - APR 15, 2018
I thought someone walked by who had just smoked pot - turns out it was the beer. Weed-like hops and I think it’s because this one might be a bit skunky. Got at BW3. Seems skunked like Heineken taste and not hops. Still, through that, has a big wollop of hops and fruit. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

PorterPounder (8507) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - APR 15, 2018
Tallahassee, Fl - Market Square Liquors - 22 oz bomber. Slightly sparkling, medium golden pour, fluffy snow white head, nice lacing. Mint and spruce in the aroma. Decent IPA flavor, some light pineapple and citrus notes, some caramel sweetness. Decently thick mouthfeel, Another solid entrant from Stone.

3.7
Strykzone (7949) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - APR 13, 2018
Bomber. Generally clear with big active bubbles rising. An almost white head. Not much nose but a little melon and tropical fruit. The flavor brings a much more of the above with mangoes and earth. A hint of spice. Good stuff.
