COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
When it came to creating Ripper, we drew inspiration from the coastal surf cultures of SoCal and Oz. Sourcing classic Cascade from the Pacific Northwest and Australian Galaxy hops from…yes…Australia, we made a beer both lovers of frothy peaks and hoppy green buds will be stoked about. At the same time, we stayed true to our San Diego roots by pushing the hop boundaries of this style. While some might think it lingers on an edge far closer to an IPA, with all the dry-hop flavor and aroma, it’s actually right in line with the current-day interpretation of a West Coast pale. Ours just so happens to have an Aussie accent that’s cascading with a juicy amount of grapefruit and passion fruit hoppiness. So veg out or venture out. Either way, rip one open and taste this awesome golden nectar!

Rami Rami is drinking a Stone Ripper by Stone Brewing at Chmielarnia Marszałkowska wczoraj. Dosc ciezkie w odbiorze, nieco jakby przyprawowe i moze ciut utlenione, owoce tez sa, slodkawe - brzmi kiepsko ale calkiem smaczne

Rich grassy malt profile with honey like hops with a fresh finish. Nice pale ale.

ganache (5955) - New Jersey, USA - AUG 7, 2017
Can from WW. Nose tropical fruit, citrus peel and rind, heaviest orange, dough, resin, musky spice. Pour dim orange-copper with a large and foamy tan head. Taste strongly bitter, clean with little astringency but a little rubber, full body with weight and a bready finish. Just a touch of alcohol and numbing, medium resin, low spice, low caramel but enough pine to cover. Orange, grapefruit, passionfruit, pineapple, some passionfruit, floral perfume, less juicy than many newer IPAs but a good daily drinker. [2017.08.07: 3.4]

Listigovers (1204) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 6, 2017
Pours bronze with a big tan coloured head. Smells mildly hoppy, some orange peel. Taste is a bit bitter in the front, fairly dry beer, lots of hop flavour with medium bitterness. Short aftertaste. Solid, makes you want to drink more.

shadey (2140) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - AUG 6, 2017
UPDATED: AUG 6, 2017 12oz can. Dark orange pour with off white head of tight bubbles. Aroma is deep rich citrus hops. Indicators of lurking alcohol. Spicy flavors of solid malts and bitter hops. This reminds me of winter warmers.

Good balance of bitter and sweet. Does not rely on one ingredient to carry the beer.
