COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
When it came to creating Ripper, we drew inspiration from the coastal surf cultures of SoCal and Oz. Sourcing classic Cascade from the Pacific Northwest and Australian Galaxy hops from…yes…Australia, we made a beer both lovers of frothy peaks and hoppy green buds will be stoked about. At the same time, we stayed true to our San Diego roots by pushing the hop boundaries of this style. While some might think it lingers on an edge far closer to an IPA, with all the dry-hop flavor and aroma, it’s actually right in line with the current-day interpretation of a West Coast pale. Ours just so happens to have an Aussie accent that’s cascading with a juicy amount of grapefruit and passion fruit hoppiness. So veg out or venture out. Either way, rip one open and taste this awesome golden nectar!

12 oz can. Big all citrus, tangerine smells. Pours a honey orange with a rocky persistent white head. Tastes of grapefruit, lemon and leather. Lacing and a long nice bitter finish after above average carbonation.

Pours amber with an offwhite head. Aroma is citrus, light floral and some earthy undertones. Taste is bittersweet, with more sweetness coming though as it warms. Medium bodied, slick with a crisp finish.

Satyroneto (389) - BRAZIL - OCT 12, 2017
Boa drinkability. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pint in the cuckfield. I'm in two minds on this. Certainly drinkable but perhaps a bit dull. Big Dan of stone usually especially the heavier hitting stuff but I'm not sue what this tastes of. Watermelon? Caramel? Perhaps I'll have another just to check.

At Stone World. Pours pale gold. Biscuity aroma. It's a classic dry hopped pale. I could drink this all night. Good shit.
