In June 2012, we celebrated the 10th birthday of our notoriously mega-hopped double IPA, Stone Ruination IPA, with the release of a very special version that was even bigger and, incredibly, even hoppier than the original. If Stone Ruination IPA is A Liquid Poem to the Glory of the Hop, then Stone Ruination Tenth Anniversary IPA was an amped-up heavy metal version of that ode delivered with the force of a sledgehammer. Luckily for us, our fans love loud and aggressive brews, specifically when copious amounts of humulus lupulus are involved. The original release of this beer was so instantly beloved by those who dared try it

Flaska frn SB. Riktigt riktigt gott.

Hazy orange beer, thick white head. Strong blend of grassy hop, caramel, rye and tropical fruit in the aroma. Taste has the same qualities. Tangy-sweet fruit up front, gets a bit sourer as you go along, a sort of rich, caramel-sweet hint to stop it being overly bitter and sour. Lasting hoppiness, sourness at the back of the tongue as well as being a bit airy and floral. Delicious.

Everything glorious about Ruination amped up to 11! A Stone release as dank as ever with bold and juiced citrus charged up with a following fresh cut pine. The heavy hitting hops balanced expertly by a huge malt bill. A true standard setting brew for the IPA style.

On tap at Bevog Who Cares Festival, 2016. Pours hazy deep orange to amber with white head. Fruity, hoppy, grapefruit, citrus, pine, malty, caramel, some sweetness. Resinous. Lasting bitter finish. Medium+ bodied. Alcohol well hidden. Probably not the freshest one, but still good.

On tap at Brewdog Gteborg, august 3rd 2016. Hazy orange body with a white head. Aroma is intense piney and fruity, grapefruit, peach and resin. Taste is bittersweet, yet crisp and dry, with juicy fruits and a resiny punch in the face towards the end. Really delicious and hoppy. Usually Im not a fan of ipas this strong, they tend to get sweet, sticky and grassy, but this one doesnt suffer from that, its just a great hoppy and fruity ipa with more of it all.

22 oz bottle. Bottled on 06/08/16. Thanks Timo A! Clear bright orangey golden color with a small off-white head. Sweet fruity hops, darkness, sweet sugary notes, sweet malt and some strawberry in the aroma. Typical Stone aroma. The flavor is dark fruits, dark hops, strong bitterness, mild alcohol and sweet malt. Strong. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A strong and bold ipa. Intense hop taste leaning towards the pine type. Warming with a bit of an odd aftertaste.

Tap at Hop cat, Detroit. Pours semi hazy beautiful orange, white creamy head. Aroma is mango, tangerine, grapefruit, lots of very juicy tropical fruit and dank. Beautiful nose. Flavor is dank, orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, nice hoppy bitterness lingers at the end. Good semi creamy mouthfeel, appropriate for the abv. Great tropical West coast IIPA. Would get this again in a heartbeat. Love this one.
