We were inspired to brew this style of beer by the European village breweries whose ales were brewed and delivered fresh to be enjoyed in the pubs of the surrounding local area. Draught Ale is brewed to be served fresh in the many great watering holes just down the road; therefore we dont need to filter or pastuerise it. We want it to be served over the bar just like it is in our storage tank at the brewery. Brewed with local water from the Byron Bay hinterland, Australian grown barley, wheat, and hops, and carefully selected ale yeast we have crafted a beer with complex flavours and a clean bitter finish.

Formerly known as Draught Ale.

My favourite beer hands down. Florally/fruity aroma and taste. Extremely refreshing. This rating is for out of the tap, yet out of the bottle would only be a point behind. Very consistent. Only con is that I dont think I could drink too many of these in a sitting sue to strong flavour.

Cloudy apple juice colour. Poured from tap. Light beer though not watery, easy drinking but still provides a decent palate

Nice and cloudy with a smooth finish on the palate...lovely citrus tones. Best served really cold. Very good on tap but equally consistent in the bottle

330ml bottle. Ive tried different batches from different suppliers and still dont get this. Pours pale orange amber but with minimal carbonation and a rapidly disappearing head. Pleasant hoppy, grassy nose with some malt. Orange and banana hints on palate with a slightly sulphuric sort of mid-palate and little flavour overall. I was expecting much more.

330ml bottle. Consumed from the bottle, so I cant comment on the pour. The aroma has grapefruit and orange hops predominant. Nicely hoppy up front, almost more APA in style than golden ale, with plenty of citrus and a little spice. There is a little white bread malt in the mid-palate, with a clean hoppy finish. A nice sessionable ale.

This is a lovely session beer, not too demanding on the palate or liver. Grassy hops, pleasant bitterness and aroma that doesnt overpromise. Slightly cloudy, like a true unpasteurised beer should be

Pint of keg. Not awful but entirely tedious. Tastes similar to a homebrew lager. Maybe suffers from travel.

Aroma: grain malts, light citrus, floral hops. Appearance: slightly hazy gold, medium, creamy, white head. Taste: light bitter. Palate: bitters continue, some citrus, acidic, light grass and floral notes again. Overall: nice Golden Ale, almost a bit too much trying to be an APA. Pint at the Old Red Cow, Smithfield.

On tap @ Rake, London - UK. Color: cloudy blond beer with no carbonation and no foam. Smell: sweet malt and hoppy nose. Grassy finish. Taste: good sweet malt and caramel, easy drinkable. Good attenuation and hoppy finish. Aftertaste: nice hoppy and wet bitterness with caramel. Really a beer that I liked.
