Pours a hazy orange with white head. A strong fruit and caramel malt aroma. A malty backbone with strong fruits and caramel and some citrus hops and pine. A sweet malt and light bitter hop aftertaste. A very balanced and solid IPA.

Draft at Sunset Grill and Tap in Boston. Slightly hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma is citrusy, tangerine, light biscuit. Flavor is average hoppy, good bitter punch, sweet pale malt base, little toasty. Medium body, lively feel, crisp. Pretty nice but definitely east coast.

Sample at the brewpub. Hazy golden color with a medium foamy eggshell white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of piney hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of grapefruit, resiny hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrus and grassy hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Can (12oz). Cloudy golden with nearly white head. Nice hop aroma, but not strong. Some citrus taste with little bitterness. Easy drinking and enjoyable.

12 ounce can from Plaistow Market Basket, sweet, some pine, pale color, slightly too old for proper tasting.

Smooth for an ipa!! Love the creamy mouthfeel & lack of bitterness. There is just enough to remind you that it’s an iPa at the finish but the aroma & feel are outstanding. The flavor isn’t explosive but this is highly enjoyable nevertheless.

Draft at the pour house. Pours golden with a white head. Leaves trace lacing in the glass. Has some nice pine on the nose. Tastes a bit like toasted pine cone on the tongue. Finished clean and crisp. Nice.

Pours an amber from a tap, big dank fruity aromas are similar in the mouth, very sweet. Good beer.

My thanks go out to johnnnniee for giving me a chance to enjoy this tasty IPA. And it IS tasty. Hazy yellow-gold pour. Piney, floral, and citrusy nose - dank. Flavor is totally unique for this style - lots of hoppy character, yet the usual bite of these stereotypically aggressive varietals (Citra, Amarillo, Centennial, Warrior) is kept in check. Lemon, orange, tangerine, and just a hint of pineapple. The closing hop salvo is earthier and spicier, but it’s still very approachable. Almost-creamy feel with a crisp finish. This is dangerously drinkable. If I had a six pack in front of me, I could probably crush it in no time.
