Not to be truly compared to other beers, ginger beer of course has a strong aroma of ginger. Sweet and strong at the same time. Not too complex, but I would not expect anything else from ginger beers. Apperance is golden and clear with a short lived rocky head. Heavy sweetness with no sense of bitterness and only a short lived sour/strongness. Bubbles makes it a bit "stingy" and breaks the broad and sweet feel it has. Pretty full body of sweet fruit. Not as strong or spicy as other ginger beers, which is both good and bad. Good because it makes it a pleasant experience, but also bad because it makes it almost too easy to drink. Overall a good experience, but to improve it it needs more nuances of taste. But then again, it is a ginger beer : A "beer", with ginger as a main ingredient, and with a touch of alcohol. Nice and easy.

Doftar: Ingerfära, citrus, pommac. Smakar: En välbalanserad Ingerfära öl...söt och riktigt god. Inte mycket kolsyra i men har en fin munkänsla. Passar till sommaren och till festliga tillfällen.

Bottle from Helsing Bar in Helsingborg. Smell of sweet ginger almost soda like. Pours pale clear orange with a small white head and It does look really tasteful. Not really a beer in taste rather than a soda. Palate is what you expect of a soda. Overall you either love this beer or you don’t care for it. In my case I find it a winner.

Flaska från Lisa, tack. Ljusgul vätska med lågt vitt skum. Doftar ingefära. Smakar söt ingefära. Alkoläsk på bästa sätt!

Nice and pleasant drink with ice on a hot summers evening. Not got quite the kick that Crabbie’s has but enjoyable all the same especially if you prefer your ginger beer without the burn in the throat.

Not too complex. A semi-sweet and gingery beery drink. Soft but will make you warm inside after a while. Worth a try for sure. Especially in the winter, I imagine.

Appearance: Clear golden amber with thin bubbly white head. Aroma: Ginger, honeyed, subtle musk. Taste: Medium sweetness, low bitterness, low/medium sourness. Palate: Thick smooth texture, light body, average/prickly carbonation, lingering, dry, fiery ginger finish with a sweetness. Comments: Tasty and refreshing.

Bottle at The Rover. Golden with a fizzy and frothy white head. Ginger soda with some alcohol, but being a fan of ginger I appreciated it very much, especially after a few bitter IPAs.

Poured clear and golden with a small white head. Aroma of huge ginger, medium body with a sweet ginger flavour and a slightly bitter/sweet aftertaste.
