Bottle 33 cl from Bier-Bienne (CH). Amber beer with a huge cream head, laces and nervoius crackling. Aromas of citrus and tropical fruits, pine and candied orange. The taste is similar, very fruity, tropical soda sparkling and bitter. Orange jam of Sevilla and bitter of citrus and pine. Nice set, fresh and lively, balanced and perfumed. Not too bitter.
UPDATED: DEC 27, 2015 from Drinks of the Worlds - quite clear dark blond beer with a little foam left; piney hoppiness with notes of quinces marmalade, light mineral; subtle carbonation and full-bodied, not very tasty; a respectable bitterness and more notes of quince marmalade and minerals in the finish - not the best of Tom’s children
