Courtesy of Philippe (Bov); bb 05/2014 Muddy golden color with compact head. The aroma is moderately fruity, more precisely spicy (yeast), bread. Caramel flavor, dry mouthfeel (very little residual sweetness), some hop fruitiness, strong bitterness. It’s a good Saison with American hops.
courtesy of Tom Strickler- hazy amber beer under a long lasting and solid creamy foam; yeasty with notes of almonds and flowers; medium-bodied, fairly bitter, subtle carbonation, long flowery and yeasty finish; spicy - excessive yeast presence to be really good
