Bottle 33 cl from erzbierschof.ch. Red-orange beer with a huge beige foam, collapsing in a curious dome, laces and busy crackling. Fruity aromas of citrus, herbs, cereals, peppery and yeasty notes. The taste is fresh, toffy-cereal sugar, sweetness of wheat, fruity of citrus and acidulity. Hints of bread, apricot-grapefruit. Earthy and sappy bitterness.

Dark amber, not too much foam, somewhat clear, not the strongest aroma, strawberry, strong hops, dry, cleans your mouth with a certain sweetness, lingers, strong bitterness.

Deep amber color, good off-white head. Grassy, a bit vegetable-yeasty aroma. Medium-bodied. Fruity hoppyness with some grapefruity notes. Not much rye found.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy amber, rich head. Fruity peppery nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bread and pepper, some pears. Salty bitter finish.

Cloudy amber color with the usual excessive head. The aroma is hoppy, also quite yeasty, earthy, with mild animal component, and a touch of cereals and hints of vanilla; very nice. Caramel flavor with the evident bolder rye component, providing more body; strong bitterness, without fruity components, but still with very strong resins; long final.
Very good, would like to try it fresher..

courtesy of Tom Strickler - cloudy dark amber-orange beer with a little foam left; a fair flowery hoppiness; notes of almonds, honey and corn; a good malt backbone, tasty and with a light and late corny tartness; pretty bitter and with a long flowery hoppy finish with more lingering honeyish notes - very pleasant
