Bottled 33cl. My version was at 10.6 ABV. Strawberry, wet wood, bubblegum, icelandic moss, tar, roasted malt, iodine and citrusy hops showing up in the nose. Full bodied. Low carbonation. Briny finish.

jfb (6509) - GERMANY - OCT 12, 2016
(bottle) black-brown in colour with a frothy beige head. aroma of brown sugar and liquorice, with lots of honey-smoked ham, some bubble gum and vanilla. flavour is mostly brown sugar and artificial vanilla, quite sweet, with big notes of lactose, moist wood and a light roasted-bitter finish. medium- to heavy-bodied with soft carbonation.

jonas (7748) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - OCT 12, 2016
Bottle. Black, brown girl in the ring. Broad caramel roast, some burned notes, ok aromatics. Extremely sweet on the palate, artificial sugary vanilla, licorice/fluoride/salt, sticky tobacco, yuk. Medium body, mellow mouthfeel. Loved the aroma, cant deal with the flavor.

Ritzn (1654) - GERMANY - OCT 12, 2016
Deep black with little dark brown head. Aroma is coffee, dry flour, licorice, phenolic. Taste is raisins, vanilla, harsh bitterness, some chocolate sweetness as well. However the bitterness wins. Black pepper in the finish. Too bitter for me.

ciocanelu (2792) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - OCT 12, 2016
Dark brown color with brown head. Aroma has sweet malt and light smoke. Taste follows, slightly sweet at first but gets smoky and slightly bitter and roasty on the finish. Not bad but it’s not special in any way.

UPDATED: OCT 12, 2016 Bottle, thanks anstei. Black color with beige head. Aroma is slightly lacto, chocolate, roasted. Taste is lacto, milk chocolate, roasted malts, some smoke. Quite fresh, but the lacto component is a bit weird. Medium carbonation. Very nice, albeit very sweet.

indrekr (555) - ESTONIA - AUG 19, 2016
Appearance: clear, black, brown foam, rocky head, quite small quantity. Aroma: malt, tar, roasty, dark bread, good aroma with many flavours. taste: medium sweetness, medium bitterness, medium sourness, perfect balance. Palate: medium body, thin feel, creamy, soft carbonation, astringent, bitter, long finish.

Benzai (16151) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - JUN 21, 2016
Bottle [from Euro Swap thanks to Anstei] @ home shared with Countbeer. Opaque dark brown to black color, average sized dark brown head that diminishes quickly. Aroma is malts, roast, light vanilla. Taste malts, roasted malts, vanilla, roast malt bitter, a light hint of coal and smoke. Decent body, but a little thinner than I had hoped. Medium carbonation. Nice stout though.

Countbeer (6591) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - JUN 21, 2016
Bottle: Thanks Rene: Served in a Chouffe glass: Black beer. Thin brown head. Aromas of roast, coal, liquorice wood, wood roast, some hop, light smoke, lighter tar... Flavours of roast, bitters, wood roast/burn, coal, herbal and malt roast, coffee roast/burn, quite black and firm roast... Aftertaste is roast, bitter, coal, wood roast, light malt and wood burn, herbal roast... Low carbo, light creamy close to silky mouthfeel, between medium and full bodied. Very decent...
