Not a typical Saison but descent amber. Low citrus with some berries. Low carbonation with medium head.

Bottle from Drinks of the World Zurich. Dark amber body with medium, foamy head. Nose is amber, malts, caramel. Taste is also nice and malty with little citrus bursts. Fine enough.

[email protected] Rapperswil; courtesy of Tom Strickler - quite clear red-amber beer with a moderate foam left; aroma of red berries and light earthy, fairly hoppy; full-bodied, gently sourish, moderate carbonation; earthy and more red fruity finish; fairly bitter

Yellow to brown foam layer. Roasted malt in the nose. The taste is undercarbonated and quite boozy. A little boring.

Tap at CBF. This is supposed to be a saison? More like a smoked, reminds me of the Daughter of Ashes, but not entirely in a good way.

At Craft Bier Festival Rapperswil. Aroma is beautiful hops with berries. Taste is doughy-malty, dry bready malts, and a booze kick in the end. Not very balanced, it doesn’t quite fit together.
