Gigantic head. Not too funky interpretation. Prefer to drink it with food, as it is a capable match with many dishes.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy amber with gushing head. Aroma of banana and lilies. Sweet and fruity with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Pineapple and banana. Some pepper in the finish. On the sweet side.

[email protected] Orangeish golden colour, huge beige head. Aroma is fruity, toffeeish and some mild spicy and earthy notes. Flavour is fruity, citrusy, earthy and also quite much wooden and nectary notes to it.

Cloudy golden color with excessive head, another beer without control. The aroma is lightly spicy an lemony. Good body, malt flavor with some spices, residual sweetness, and an unfortunate vegetables touch; it also has a light fruity impression.
Like an American attempt, good beer, but a bit messy.

Bottle 33cl from Allen thanks. A cloudy amber orange beer, very huge head, I had full glass with only foam ! Nose is bretty and grapefruit like. Aroma is very spicy, lemony, licorice and grapefruit, brettanomyces, orange peel, honey, cardamom, cinnamon. Very tasty but a bit aggressive on grapefruit, quite sweet at the finish with good bitterness.

Embrouille (2854) - SWITZERLAND - JUN 14, 2013
Bottled 33cl. It pours a hazy copper beer with a huge lightly tanned mountainous meringue head. Great yeast profile. Delicious.

Bov (13221) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - FEB 18, 2013
courtesy of Tom Strickler - pours a cloudy dark orange beer with a little yet long lasting head; hoppy and very fruity aroma with cheesy and moderate vinegar notes; clean and soft palate; medium-bodied, rounded and pretty sweet; the sweetness makes feel itself in the finish along with notes of almonds and a light tart acidity
