Bottle 0,33 l / Bier-Bienne (CH). Veiled golden, some floats and short white head. Aromas of wheat, coriander, yeast and citrus, hints of orange blossom and lemon. Rather soft, fruity of orange and white fruits, cream, coriander. Bitterness of citrus and herbs controlled, in lenght rather than in power. Why not ! caribou43 (1352) - Lausanne, SWITZERLAND - DEC 6, 2016
I bought this bottle from the grain d’orges. I drank it at home with a risotto. In my point of view, it is a good product, if I am not wrong, the taste is clote to the Saint Bernadus. There is an interesting mix between a trappist ale and an IPA.The taste has decent bitterness, orange peel, hop, citrus, there is a side sparkling, rather
high carbonation. The color is yellow/clear and troubled, thin and white foam. weark (993) - Morges, SWITZERLAND - OCT 28, 2016
Bottle at home from Anstei for European summer santa, cheers andreas!MrTipple (7863) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 5, 2016
thankfully only a touch soapy, the corriander is kept low in the mix, bitter and floral, pithy and plenty of orange peel. lacking in body a bit for a wheat beer but certainly a decent attempt. hazy mid amber, fluffy beige head.
Grain and bread malts, light caramel, light generic fruits, cheer, yeast and wheat. Hazy, pale gold, small, creamy, white head. Sweet malts continue, caramel, molasses, wheat, other grains, peach, apricot, some citrus fruits coming up, lemon, slightly bitter finish, medium bodied. Decent IPA, nice, subtle fruits. Bottle from Beers’n’More, Zurich.

UPDATED: JUL 31, 2016 330ml bottle served in a snifter glass. Pours a cloudy pale yellow color that forms a big and creamy white head with good retention and lots of lingering and molasses lacings left in the glass. Very sweet and fruity nose. Strong notes of mellon, orange and wheat. Strong notes of grassy and flowery hops too. Slightly sweet upfront taste. Notes of mellon, sweet pale malts, caramel, and wheat. Good, in tense and persistent hops bitterness. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Mellon and wheat an in the aftertaste. Great drinkability. Great White IPA. King_Alex_II (1227) - SWITZERLAND - JUL 3, 2016
Yellow cloudy color with foam ring. Yeasty sweet nose. Yeasty and milky taste with a sugary and very light bitter taste and a minimal fruitiness. Calm milky aftertaste. mmargarucci (343) - Basel, SWITZERLAND - JUL 1, 2016
Pours a cloudy yellow. Aroma has some banana and apricot. Taste is very light with banana, coriander and apricot notes. Palate is a bit creamy. Lacking a true hoppy finish. A good white ale but a poor IPA. anstei (2936) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - JUN 30, 2016
Bottle from Beers’n’more. Aroma on the malty side for an IPA. Slightly grassy, slightly floral, a bit buttery, but not in a bad way. Some banana. Decent texture and carbonation, slightly oily. Works well, altogether! Ritzn (2318) - GERMANY - JUN 29, 2016
Bright cloudy yellow. Aroma is berries, floral hops, yeast, vanilla. Taste is sugary sweet and fruity sour. Not very bitter. Watery body with more of the same taste in the finish. Overall ok
