COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
After a day of ripping apart storm fronts, we imagine our ax yielding icon would kick back and enjoy this hoppy Cloud Ripper IPA. With Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, and Citra hops, the bitterness is most prevalent at the front end and middle of the beer, but finishes as clean and smooth as the calm after the storm.

Sarlacc83 (2287) - Portland, Oregon, USA - OCT 20, 2014
On tap at brewpub. A: Copper nearly to the point of red, with an off-white head. N: Big pineapple, grapefruit, mango, orange, pine, biscuit, and a hint of onion. T: Sweet and bitter, leaning towards the former. M: Resinous, medium body. O: A nice IPA with good hop elements to balance. However, it’s not a standout in the Portland area, by any stretch - would definitely prefer RPM, for instance.
