COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
After a day of ripping apart storm fronts, we imagine our ax yielding icon would kick back and enjoy this hoppy Cloud Ripper IPA. With Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, and Citra hops, the bitterness is most prevalent at the front end and middle of the beer, but finishes as clean and smooth as the calm after the storm.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazed golden apricot with a medium sized white head. Big malt and melon on the nose, sweet with some gentle tropical notes, fruity. Medium bodied, soft malt, a bit of fruit. Gentle melon tones, smooth and softly sweet. Spicy citrus lurks in the background, slowly moving toward a long pithy bitterness with quinine and grapefruit. Quite nice.

On tap at Stormbreaker, pours a hazy orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out grapefruit and herbal hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of grapefruit and astringent hops. Dry crackery malt in back. Decent but rather astringent.
