Bottle. Hazy golden-amber color with creamy dense white head. Aroma is unattenuated wort, dough, fresh yeasts. Taste is sweet, again unattenuated wort, dough, mineralic. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation, very velvety. Not a great Weizen, but I suppose it's okay considering where it comes from. ramboraffe (2454) - Gteborg, SWEDEN - FEB 19, 2018

10-02-18 // 500ml bottle. Pours a cloudy golden beer with a solid head. Grainy malty with underlying sweet yeast characters and a mild green to ripe banan flavour. High carbo, a little to unbalanced in my opinion.

Decent Weizen. Pours opaque yellow with reasonable white head, which does not last as long as most Weizen do. Very intense Banana aroma. Flavour is a bit more savory with more fruity, even slightly boozy elements. Very drinkable. Good. BeerExplorerGR (8) - Thessaloniki, GREECE - JAN 17, 2018 does not count
Bottle. Fruity, wheaty (as much as needed for weiss, in my opinion) aromas, light sweetness for a weiss (i also love that) and maybe a bit bitter. After pouring it into the weisbier glas, strong head is created and falls in little to medium time, beutiful hazy appearence, soft carbonation and thin texture. A good interesting Hefenweizen! Very nice labels with a lot of information here, perfect.
Cloudy amber beer with nice fine white head which is at first very big and later not more here, smell is yeast and very light banana, taste is yeast and overripe fruits, banana, yeast is dominated, for me too few bananas, light watery, thin texture, light body, lively carbonation,
I think I have Bernstein-Weizen Bio.

the aroma is fruity and floral with hints of banana, candy, ethers, yeast and some spices... the taste is fruity and malty with notes of sweet citrus, banana, candy, apple and spicy herbs... sweet and dry aftertaste... hauxe (1093) - Butzbach, Hesse, GERMANY - JAN 3, 2018
Pours hazy orange with a big foamy head that settles but lingers. Aroma is ripe banana. Taste is banana sweet with a light lemon tartness that becomes more pronounced at the finish. Noticeable clove as well. Body is medium with a subdued carbonation. Overall very simple but it gets the basics right.
