COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Note: Don’t confuse it with Bernstein-Weizen Bio!

Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Nose of sweet ripe banana and malts. Weak aroma with mostly an impression of sweet malts and banana. Aroma is too weak, and not balanced.

0,5 l Flasche. Aroma: Hefig, bananig. Erscheinung: nur leicht trübes, leicht bernsteinfarbenes Bier, stabiler, relativ flacher Schaum. Geschmack: süßlich, leicht hefig. Nachgeschmack: sehr weich, leicht wässrig. Gesamt: leicht überdurchschnittlich.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden colour. Big white rocky head. The aroma represents the style well. Subtle phenols and esters. Banana. Spicy. Light to medium body. Semidry flavour. Fruity. Moderately spicy. Low bitterness. A pleasant Weizen.

Bottle. Hazy orange/amber. Typical aroma of yeast and bananas. Taste is fruity, yeasty and slightly sour. Not that many notes of clove and banana. Strong carbonation. I usually don’t trust Hefeweizens from northern Germany but this one is really alright.

A german, foggy, golden Bernstein-Weizen with very high, white head. Aroma is banana, malt, yeast, light citrus. Taste is bitter sweet. Pearly.

Leicht wässrig, wenig intensiv. Weit schlechter als das Roggen Weizen von Störtebeker.

500 ml bottle. Light and fruity in the taste with hints of citrus and some earthiness behind it all. Smooth mouthfeel and you can clearly feel the carbonation taking its place. Easily drinkable. The body is light and that’s where it lacks the most. Overall, it’s good.

500ml bottle. Hazy orange body with a medium white head. Clove and wheat in the beginning, followed by some banana notes and dough. Soft mouthfeel. A bit light bodied.

Mjuk och rätt fruktig . På det hela taget en trevlig upplevelse även om den inte når rekordnivåer.

Pours slightly hazy yellow/amber liquid with a large foamy white head. Slightly sweet and metallic aroma that goes over in the taste. Rather thin body with medium carbonation. Ok, but not among the best weize beers I had.

Den rammer stilen meget godt, er nok i den sødlige ende. Ellers et fint tysk bryg.
