Copper with a creamy off-white head. Aroma is citrus, pine, earthy, sweet toasted malts. Soft, but noticeable bitterness. FInish has a nice round malt profils, sweet fruit, and medium bitterness. A very nice and easy going IPA that isn’t overly bitter or dry. One of the better ones I’ve had lately. boxofrane (2553) - Spring City, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 12, 2013
Draft at craft ale house. Pours clear copper with a small off white head. The aroma has a good bit of pine, some grassy notes, light citrus, light caramel. The taste has a mild bitterness up front that sweetens a bit with a light citrus taste. There is a good bit of resin and hop flavor. Very nice, easy drinking ipa with a slightly rye spicy, dry finish. A good start to the series.
