Not Bad. Tried this for my kegerator at the recommendation of a friend. A bit foamy on the pour but thins out pretty nice. Goes down really smooth although I did notice a but of a tin taste which but I hope that’s just the keg. All in all not a bad beer but definitely not my first choice. I like my Lagers a bit darker but this would at the very least deserve a second chance. bigtourist (36) - Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 17, 2012
Clear and light. Fruitiness flavor, goes down easy. Thin head. Lingering aftertaste that doesn’t seem to match superspak (5603) - Michigan, USA - NOV 27, 2012
12 ounce bottle into pilsener glass, no bottle dating. Pours fairly clear golden straw color with a nice 1-2 finger dense fluffy white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big pear, grape, apple, pepper, bread, herbal, floral, grass, and earthy spiciness. Damn nice aromas with good strength, balance, and complexity. Taste of cracker, bready grain, apple, pear, herbal, floral, grass, pepper, light clove, and earthy spiciness. Lightly tart earthy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of bread, light fruits, herbal, floral, grass, pepper, and earthy spiciness on the finish for a good bit. Nice amount of flavors with good balance; zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and crisp mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with almost zero warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a very excellent Helles lager! Nice amount of flavors with good balance; extremely smooth and crisp to drink. A highly enjoyable offering as expected. bconch (422) - - NOV 27, 2012
Straw colored pour. Nose is clean and grainy. Taste is English hops with a nice bite. A little tinny, don’t know if it’s the bottle or not. Clean finish.

Slight, hoppy aroma, pours golden with a nice white head. Has a medium sweet taste with a lingering smooth finish. Very nice. mansquito (6438) - Nueva York, New York, USA - AUG 13, 2012
Somewhere: For some reason I have not had this earlier, as this is one of my favourite styles. Pour is gold (of course), head is white. Aroma is simple, but perfect for the style: bread, yeast, malts, and a hop. Body and taste compliment each other perfectly. No off notes. This is not too heavy like some overwrought American examples of the style. No, this is something you drink in two seconds and reach for another one. This beer is what pale lagers dream of being. On draft at the Morris Tap & Grill in Randolph. A good example of this style and well done by an American brewer. tnkw01 (1753) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - JUL 7, 2012
Bottle. Aroma is of hay, with slight flowery hoppy. Flavor of a classic lager. Golden color. micronaut129 (241) - chalfontborotowntonbergville, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 23, 2012
Brillantly clear golden straw colored beer.
The white frothy head pours about a finger or so.
Carbonation, I’d say is about average with big slow rising bubbles.
Aroma is light being a lager and all but there is a nice malty backbone.
Taste is of sweet malts. There are hints of toasted grains like in a vienna style.
Also finishes with a grain or ceral taste.
Medium body with a smooth and slightly dry finish.
I like this beer becaue it’s light and refreshing and has a pleasent finish.
