12 fl oz bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is slight cornish to grassy. Dry cardboardish. Subdued sweetness. Bitter and light grassy finish. Ungstrup (38940) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JAN 10, 2007
A yellow beer with a thick white head. The aroma is sweet malty with hints of caramel. The flavor is nice with a good mix of malt and hops - my guess is Saaz, giving it light citurs notes, and a dry bitter end. joergen (29611) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 16, 2011

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of jleblanc. Pours a clear yellow with a lacing white head. A little flowery hops in the nose. Medium body, sweet good malts with a slight whiff of diacetyl. The solid Saaz do come through, but this beer still has a distinct American character. 150311

Had this on draft at Lucky Dog during Craft Beer Week 2009. A really delicious pilsner. I was drinking mostly big beers but this guy stood out. Pale yellow in color with a slight head. Nice carbonation and a crisp flavor of bread and corn. Sharp and refreshing finish. Oakes (19416) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 5, 2008
Slightly hazy straw colour. Herbal hop aroma (hay, dried thyme, maybe epazote). Dry, herbal and haylike on the palate. Very lean, not much malt. Good bitterness. Nicely done, solid north German stylings. jtclockwork (17634) - , New Jersey, USA - JUL 19, 2016
Draft -pours yellow white head - nose/taste of peppercorn, spicy malt, citrus - medium body Ferris (17098) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 8, 2016
Draft - Nice grains. Clear gold with a nice white head. Grainy and bitter, a solid pils. bhensonb (15968) - Woodland, California, USA - SEP 25, 2010
Bottle from half time. Pours gold with a white head. Pretty bready aroma. Not much hop. Medium body with mild, but chewy carbonation. Flavor is light bready with not a lot of hop - until the malt drains off, and then there is a lot of bitter. A bit peppery, so noble hop. The hop makes up for the bread.
