Bottled. A hazy dark red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has strong notes of alcohol, over ripe fruits, prunes, and nuts. Dark reddish brown. A Very malty ale and full bodied ale. Slightly fruity nose, a bit roasty, mild and sweet, but most of all - malty. A well made tasty and true to style Scottish style ale.

’01 Vintage. I’ve got to learn to print better (it took me 3 days to figure out the name of this beer in my notebook). Poured a dark brownish color with a smaller sized off white head.
