Full body, surprisingly carbonated for the abv., not unpleasant. Finishes long lasting with caramel malts, chocolate, licorice, port dark dried fruits and a hint of alcohol. Good quadrupel. 33cl bottle. Dark brown colour with a good formation of tan head but quickly diminishes in a thin layer. Aroma has chocolate hints, slightly spiced, toasted malts and caramel. Flavour is bready, with brown sugar trace,s sweet and chocolate at the beginning. Dense on palate, the final is long and with candy sugar taste although also slightly bittery too.
