Bottle->snifter. Dark brown with small offwhite head. Dark fruit, spices, sugar, caramel, malt. Nice lingering plummy aftertaste. Excellent. Bamsen78 (5336) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JAN 11, 2014
Bottle. Pours cloudy dark brown with airy light tan head. Sweet, clear aroma of malt, caramel, fruit, and chocolate. Ditto flavour, with touches of coffee. Bitter, boozy notes. Sweetish finish. Nice. Really nice. I just love Quadrupel :-) MiP (15650) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JAN 11, 2014
Bottle, 11%. Good caramelly aroma, creamy with a distinct alcohol note. Almost clear dark brown colour. Small frothy off-white head. The flavour is sweet and alcoholic. Has a little tobacco and salt. Fruity notes in the finish. Warming alcohol, but not boozy at all. jjsint (3007) - Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, ENGLAND - JAN 13, 2014
UPDATED: JAN 22, 2014 Bottle from Beers of Europe. Mid to dark brown, reasonably translucent. A fair bit of carbs and khaki head. Full aroma of molasses and plum pudding. The taste is sweet but manages to stay rounded. There’s a full alcoholic kick as well. Very warming on a horrid January night. Bozo_skeleton (1149) - Grenoble, FRANCE - MAR 15, 2014

Malty aroma with slight fruitiness like raisons. Poured light from bottle with barely any head. Clear coffee brown with edges of gold. Fantastic malty quad flavor. Light on the palate. Strong alcohol with sweet lasting after taste. This is a worthwhile Belgian quad. I will gladly drink this again! miquelcrush (2053) - Granollers, SPAIN - APR 21, 2014
Bona quadrupel, tot i que es nota molt l’alcohol. Recomanable predre-la poc a poc per descobrir diferents matissos.
Buena quadrupel, aunque se nota mucho el alcohol. Recomendable tomarla despacio para descubrir diferentes matices. Maarten1993 (1230) - Nijmegen, NETHERLANDS - JUN 9, 2014
Drank with Hugo 9-6-2014. Really liked this beer. Chocolate all over. A bit thick was is nice. Soft, little carbonation. Caytinator (1005) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - JUN 11, 2014
11.2 oz bottle. 2012 release, aged ~2 years. Pours brown, almost mahogany and translucent. Plenty of carbonation, decent lacing. Aroma improves as it warms, kind of muted when it’s cold. I agree with description regarding palate and tastes...palate is just a bit dry. I messed up and didn’t taste this beer fresh, so it’s hard to compare 2 years old, but it’s great after aging! I really like this brewery, pretty much everything I’ve had from them is awesome. MonsterMagnet (1438) - NETHERLANDS - JUL 14, 2014
Bottle, bb 11-2015. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma: brown sugar, boozy, dark fruits. Taste: chocolate, dark fruits, vanilla, espresso, hint of mint, cinnamon, pepper. Sweet, some bitterness in the finish. Creamy, medium to full body, well carbonated. Sweet and bitter boozy (brown rum?) finish.
