Bottled. Pours a hazy golden orange yellow. White frothy head. Aroma is lots of banana, clove, Belgian spice and yeast and a fruity character. Taste is banana, spice, cloves, slightly boozy character and a depth I was not expecting in a tripel.

Bottle. Pours a golden color with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet and fruity with yeast and spice. The flavour is fruity, yeasty. A warming alcohol. Simple, good.

A bright golden yellow coloured beer with a very frothy and thick white head. A heady, alcoholic aroma, a white wine-like aroma, grapey, and citrusy. A dry mouthfeel. A tart taste, again, sour fruit, white wine and grapey, citrusy, grapefruit and kiwi, and an alcoholic yeastiness that adds an interesting meaty flavour that combines I the lengthy tart finish.

Poured cold, first scent is of yeast. Not too aggressive, sort of a pleasant aroma. Pours blurry golden-brown with little head. Aroma evolves to slightly sweet. Taste is very full with low carbonation. Strong sweet taste is followed by a gentle slightly caramel finnish. A very very good beer!

Bottle, 11.2 oz. Nose is very sweet, lemony citric pale malt in small measure with medium vanilla and very strong honey. Lightly spicy. Pours hazy golden, lacing with a huuge rocky beige head, careful going there. Taste is much the same, spicy golden malt with light alcohol warmth, big honey, fullish body with a small hole in the center. More than just a serviceable tripel.

Appearance is a bit hazy. Small, short-lived head. Metallic taste, with some fruity accents. Medium body with a soft carbonation. Not very special.

Bottle 33cl. Clear gold with a huge white head. Aroma not too special; some yeast. Taste has bitterness but some spices too in the aftertaste. Good beer, but not especially for me.
