Bottle, pours golden with a white head, sweet flavor of fruit and alcohol, with light bitter finish, good beer that is easy to drink

UPDATED: JUN 5, 2017 Appears dark golden/orange with a frothy, long lasting, off-white head. The aroma contains malt, apple, herbs, bread, hops and caramel. It tastes medium malty sweet and medium spicy bitter. The finish is dry and alcoholic. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. A very decent Belgian tripel. (Edited 5/6/17)

This was a nice golden color with a thick and lacy head that lasted throughout the glass. Lightly malty with a fruity aroma and a very slightly bitter aftertaste. This was a nicely balanced experience. Not too bitter, too fruity, too anything. Just a nice glass of beer.

Buona birra in classico stile belga, pienamente rispettato. Potenti aromi caramellati, accompagnati da una discreta luppolatura floreale donano a questa birra equilibrio e beverinità nonostante l’elevato grado alcolico.

Bottle to tulip Aroma of yeast, wheat, lemon, malt, cookies, dark rum, juniper, and pepper. It’s a clear amber with plenty of small bubbles and a thick creamy off white head that reduces to about .5 cm and leaving nice lacing. Taste is oak, caramel, bread, dark rum and lots of late bitterness.

Bottle, shared with BBGTC. Pours a clear light amber body with a small white head. Nose is caramel, biscuits, mint leaves, sugar, honey and hints of flowers. Taste is pale malts, bread, clove, bergamot oil, hints of bisquits and bitter herbs. Medium body, high carbonation. A pretty nice and spicy tripel.
