On tap. Pale clear yellow with thick frothy white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, sweet fruits, and bubblegum. Love this. Light on the palate. Very refreshing and warms you up without noticing. Can’t believe the ABV on this one
Pours golden amber with orange high lights, and a nice white cap head. Aroma is sweet like a birthday cake, with stone fruit, almonds. Taste is sweet and sticky with candied fruits, esters, and complex goodness from beyond this plane. Great flavor. Mouthfeel is crisp clean and has a great mildly spicy aftertaste. Balanced. Complex, with a stone fruit and yeast estery nose. Well blended flavors make it difficult to pick out individual components, but the sum of the total is otherworldly good, with each sip revealing new paths of flavor. Yeasty, burnt sugar aroma followed by a similar, yet complex, taste profile. Less yeasty in flavour than some other abbey tripels which is my personal preference. However, less of a clean finish than others, as well; layered, astringent herby notes hang around in the mouth for a while. N: Sweet malts
T: Malt sweetness, but so much more going on. Complex citrus peel and a strong bitterness to balance the other elements.

Bottle. Hazy amber to orange body, small white head. Aroma of apricots, spices, appl6,pears, yeast. Taste is pleasantly bitter, a nit tart, very slightly sweet. Bitter almonds, pears, apricots, wild peaches, alcohol in finish. Fuller body, overcarbonated.
Bottle 0.33l. Lightly cloudy, pale orange colored. AROMA- pear, honey, caramel. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, spicy, pear, apricot, honey and caramel, touch of alcohol. Full bodied.
