Poured into Trappist glass a orange amber with huge white head and plenty of lace. Aroma is banana, brett, spice. Taste is banana, spice with a small alcohol note and a very small sour note in the finish. Earthy Brett follows through the finish. Mouthfeel is creamy. Well done.

GUSHER!! Aroma: Pig sty, faecal, wet hay. Appearance: Slightly hazy, burnt gold body. Large head with big bubbles and low retention. Flavour: Medium farm yard, grainy, spicy. Medium-light pigsty, lemon, hay, acidity. Ligh fruity, apricot. Dry finish with lingering lemon Mouthfeel: Light body with medium-high carbonation and a light warming. Overall: The flavours are generally ok, but the pigsty/faecal is very off-putting. Gushing over the table is also never liked. Bottle, poured. Thanks Rob (but not in a bad way)

Pour out of bottle at Old Chicago, murky orange pour with thin off white head, aroma brought notes of funk, white fruit, sour grain, hints of lemon, some citrus, spice notes. Taste was a mix of sour fruit, grain, wheat into some esters, pepper, white fruit, hints of spice, finishing slightly tart. Not bad.

Wild 2016. Colore oro ambra, schiuma bianca ampia e frizzante. Al naso si avvertono subito i lievito fresco Brett con una nota puzzosa e funk. Puntina agrumata. Al palato dolce con i Brett che accompagnano durante tutto il sorso. Buon amaro per una triple e un sperimentazione interessante. Carbonazione vivace.

Cloudy, dull amber, looks poor. The nose is brett, yeasty, with a little bit of malt. On the palate, the brett is nice. Still some residual malts, so it is more strong brett beer than really showcasing any particular Tripel character.

Bottle from the brewery. Aroma of yeast and cinnamon. Hazy amber under massive head, which was probably result of small accident I had with it. Taste is well balanced with some decent almost sour finish. Beer has also unusual bitterness for Belgian. Nice

UPDATED: JUL 17, 2017 I?m new to Brett-y beers, but this is recognisable as Brett from what I know of Brett in red wine. Some barnyard flavours, not overdone though. Citrus, orange, barnyard. Hoppy.

330ml bottle, pours pale hazy gold with a large, billowy, foamy, frothy head. Aroma is medium caramel malts, sharp apple citrus, funk and Brett, light spice. Body is medium, texture is creamy. Funk and bitter hop in the finish. Soft carbonation.

Bottle. Hazy golden amber beer with a good off-white head. Aroma of belgian yeast, banana, brett, Barley, malt, sweet stonefruits. Flavour is the same. Hides ABV really well. 3.5/5 Another bottle: Clear to hazy amber with a big off-white head. Aroma is remarkable. Horse blanket, yeast, slightly fruity. Yeasty spicyness, slight banana, toffee, fruity, moderate sweet with belgian yeasty spicyness. Harsh in the mouth but mellows out as a sipper. 3.5/5
