Blind tasting. Clear amber color, good creamy beige head. Light aroma which has some caramel and hay. Some caramelly notes, malty body, quite sweet. Ok standard "half-dark".

Tap at a riverside restaurant in Cesky Krumlov. Pours copper with a large off-white head. Aroma is light fruit and roasty malt. Med body. Flavor matches aroma, but there seems to be some mild spice. Finishes towards dry. Only lightly sweet. Good.

(6/28/08) Draught at a blind tasting at Modrý Abbé in Klatovy. Clear amber color with an off-white, slightly creamy, head. Aroma of malt. light toasted malt and caramel notes. Sweetish caramelly flavor with hints of toasted bread and a drier finish with hints of metal. Medium-bodied. 5/4/6/3/11=2.9
