Bottle from brewpub. Finally a beer worth something from Štramák. It’s not a top class, but it’s quite pleasant pilsner with significant bitterness. Okay beer.

Golden color, high white head. Aroma is with so much of czech hops, herb...nice balanced with malts. Taste is so much carbonation, tight body, watery, herb hops and finish is very hoppy and dry. Hmmm...interesting.

Aroma recalls licking a rusty railway. Altough it has nice lager color with firm head. Bitter finish, but bad aftertaste. Not good.

Tap at "na 7.schode", Zilina. Hazy yellow with medium white head. Aroma is modest, there are some notes of malts, yeast, butterschotch. Taste is way better in comparsion with aroma. Light hoppy bitter, sweet, malty.Medium body, soft carbonation. I like this one a lot

Bottle at home from European Santa, cheers!
slightly hazy burnished gold, custardy slight butterscotch with underlying sweet sponge cake. Moderate carbonation and body, initial nettly bitterness followed by doughy malt, sweet finish but a little astringent.

BOTTLE 50 CL from Cuso. BB 20-OCT-2014. Look: clear deep golden, ivory frothy to creamy head. Aroma: nice sweet aromatic malts, bready, rustic, some sulphur. Taste: starts malty, sweet, rustic, nice spicy bitter finish. A lager with hops at last.

Lahev("gšeft" s Cusem, diky!): Deep golden, lots of floaties visible, stable creamy off-white head; fruity traces of infection in the malty-hoppy nose; dry bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; dry bitter - still with traces of infection - finish. Drinkable, surely no pleasure…

A bit uncommon Pilsner with a bit too much skunk in the back. Bit grainy with some grass, but a bit rotten in the end. Would not appreciate a second one.
