On cask, poured by the brewer. Hazy golden body with a frothy white head. Hoppy nose, a little citrusy, a little spicy, a bit toasty. Taste is citrus, hoppy and pretty great for a cask pale ale. Minimal carbonation. Good. can8ianben (1545) - State College, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 12, 2010
Pleasantly spicy hop notes waft out of the pillowy head. Orange/amber color with a smooth malty backbone. Tastes like bread, whole grains, and caramel. A faint dry bitter finish lends nicely to the balance of this new LA beer. Blairgus (4613) - California, USA - JUL 19, 2013

Poured from the bottle. Nice head, nice copper colour. Aroma isn’t too hoppy. Some citrus and floral hops. Flavor is so mildly bitter. The body is thin, this is closer to a session pale ale. Very easy to drink but still tastey..
