This is what we had intended to brew when we made Genesis. Serving as our flagship ale, 24th Street Pale contains exactly the same hops but is less malty than Genesis which leads to less masking of the hop profile. It’s a smooth little Pale with a bitter finish. Slightly floral, slightly fruity. It is dry and drinks quickly.

One pint, nine oz bottle into a UK pint sleeve on 26th April 2016 in Laguna Niguel, cheers daughter for treating me to this. Orange hue to the clear amber body, beige head that tried to hang around. Hops all the way here with a semi-floral nose and a fairly bitter hop flavour. The malts do blend in nicely to balance the bitterness a little and the alcohol is just about noticeable within the brew. Liked it, pity about the ’hogwash’ on the label highlighting the breweries location and how lovely it is.

Poured a coper color from the bottle aromas of pine resin, light floral hops and some malt. Flavors are the same, mostly resin, solid beer overall.

Hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and dry and crispy. Smooth malts, slightly sweet and creamy. Light citric peel hops and a mild carbonated nip at the finish. Drinkable and fun!

50 cl bottle.
Pours clear copper color with a large frothy head. Resinous and hoppy on the nose, orange peel and some mandarin with sweetish malt characteristics. Bitter malts and resinous hops on the flavor, mild caramel, orange, faint grapefruits, finishes to a lingering gooseberry crispness. Bitter and kind of oily palate. An okay APA but nothing special.
