NachlamSie (3523) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAR 31, 2014
Pint at the brewery. Looks very IPA like: orange, tall head. Grapefruit is apparent in the nose, but not out of hand. It could almost pass for hops, but had that fresh fruit quality to it. The palate is medium and works well. Hops don’t full develop, but add plenty of bite. They meld very well with the grapefruit flavor. The finish is drying, but also a little sugary in natural way. Definitely solid.

Leighton (21879) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 20, 2017
Keg at the brewery tap. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has some pithy citrus, grapefruit for sure, pale bread, melon. Medium sweet flavour with more pithy grapefruit, low bitterness, some lemon peel. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with moderate pale bread sweetness, low bitterness, more citrus fruits. Drinks nicely.

Citrus and some resin. A little grapefruit like conference breakfast juice. Orange pour with decent head. Bitter.

HippieFee (465) - - JUN 1, 2017
Large Format - Thick head on this beer, very fizzy. It does have a grapefruit hue to the color. Mild bitterness with a good amount of fruit flavor. Not much tartness from the grapefruit however.

rosskyle (744) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAY 13, 2017
Served on tap. Clear orange color with a white head. Grain hops aroma. Malt heavy with minimal tropical fruit and hops flavour. Medium body. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Haslinger (960) - The World of Beer, Texas, USA - NOV 14, 2016
Drunk straight from the bottle for breakfast while hunting out at elk camp. Excellent notes of citrus and some nice mellow bitterness that fades as it warms. Aptly named, good beer to greet a day with.

Skinnyviking (9644) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 4, 2016
Sample at the brewery. High creamy lasting white head. Cloudy yellow body. Straw malt aroma. Acidic hoppy malt grapefruit flavor. Fair amount of hops bitterness, High carbonation. Long finish.

PhillyCraft (7597) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 27, 2016
On tap, pours a lightly hazy golden with small white head. Spray cheese, fried onions and grassy herbals. No grapefruit. This is a cheesteak bomb yo. Definitely that whiz wit. Rating it on novelty/childhood scale.

hayduke (5579) - Eureka, California, USA - SEP 10, 2016
Sampled at GABF 2015 in Denver In the tasting glass was a hazy yellow orange with a white head. Nose of grapefruit and pine. Medium and resinous body. Flavor is citrus and the pine, and the finish is bitter citrus. Not bad.

djd07 (15293) - Houston, Texas, USA - JUN 15, 2016
On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange with frothy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is faint grapefruit and pine. Medium body, grapefruit flesh, pine, resin finish, decent.

Draft. Deep orange brown with minimal head. Nose is some citrus and light toffee malt. Taste is bitter with unclean lingering finish, slightly sweet with bitter hops. Grapefruit pith but nothing really jumping out to justify calling this a grapefruit IPA...are their grapefruit in this? Asked for a different beer.
