On tap at the brewery. Poured a clear, pale yellow color with a thin white head that faded to a ring. Aroma of lemon peel and a light sugary sweetness similar to a lemon bar. Smooth, lightly sweet entry transitions into a tart, lemony takeover with a moderate acidity and a light earthy bitterness. Light and crisp mouth feel compounded by the tartness. Overall, its decent for what it is, but its definitely one dimensional and a tad overpowering.
Interesting flavors and a rich gluten free beer. I do get the light lemon flavor this was a ice gluten free beer. I can actually see people enjoying this beer. beersearcher (2383) - Glendale, California, USA - OCT 18, 2012
One of the rate gluten free beers that doesn’t taste weird. Light lemon touch to it. I would have liked more and a solid pale base. Enjoyable on hot days for sure. tomciccateri (1035) - Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA - OCT 13, 2012
UPDATED: OCT 14, 2012 On draught at brewery. Pours a dense straw color with white head. Lemongrass aroma. Crisp hoppy flavor and slight bitterness. Citrusy character. Fair.

Hazy pale straw yellow color, white head. Malty, yeast, herbal, lemon, phenolic taste. Harsh and yeasty aftertaste. Fruity, acidic, lemon scent. Spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness.
Part of a flight at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow, almost white color with absolutely no head. Flavor and aroma of chlorine with a hint of lemon kitchen cleaner. Not very pleasant.

Clear light straw with a clean aroma of blonde malts and lemon zest. Flavor was a little light bodied but it didn’t have that odd gluten-free taste. Light and malty with a faint bit of bitterness coming from a nice touch of lemon zest. Not shabby, just too light. cubs (10742) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - APR 16, 2012
Tap @ Strange. Brewed with sorgham. Clear, light yellow appearance with a white head that dissipates pretty quickly. A touch citrusy, light grainy aroma. Effervescent, somewhat lemony sour, light soda flavor. Not bad for a gluten free. rhialistic (156) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAR 30, 2012
