On tap @ Hops and Pie. Really not as hoppy as the description states. Clear amber color with a thin lacing head. Aroma is leafy and herbal with a gentle hop bite. Taste is smooth, balanced, and sweet with a strong toffee malt backbone throughout. Leafy and lemony hop tones shine through in the middle, with some floral complexities behind it. Smooth and nuanced, with a bigger dose of toffee than I’m used to in IPA’s and I love it! missdev (18) - USA - NOV 9, 2011
Nose of grass and tart strawberries with a little nectarine. Dry mouth with a resin back. The back taste doesn’t linger like some more Lupulin-y beers. A good go to American IPA. emmasdad (85) - , Colorado, USA - JUL 9, 2011
Poured a clear amber color with a small amber head. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine and light malt. On the palate, this one was medium bodied and smooth with flavors of malt and citrus (mostly grapefruit) with a somewhat bitter finish. Ratman197 (14664) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - MAR 27, 2011
