On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber orange with small white head that lasts. The aroma is earthy hop and strong rosemary. Medium body with fruity malt and strong rosemary, decent. daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - NOV 5, 2014
Mostly clear yellow, white head. Awesome combo of rosemary, citrusy hops, light malt. Floral and delicious. DrunkSanta410 (967) - Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA - APR 18, 2014
On tap at the brewery, pours a copper color, little head. Aroma is rosemary, citrus and light caramel malts. Taste is rosemary, well defined, with hints of citrusy and slightly piney hops. Finishes dry. Pretty well done for what it says, rosemary is well tied into this beer and very distinctive. Not overpowering. Well done. ajnepple (6840) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAR 5, 2014
On tap at the brewery. Gold and clear appearance with a sticky white head. Aroma of grains, citrus fruit, pine, flowers, herbs and honey. Similar flavor, moderate earthy bitterness and lightly sweet with a smooth finish. NachlamSie (3523) - Denver, Colorado, USA - FEB 4, 2014
Pint at the brewery. Pours copper with a white head. I like the aroma on this, it’s on the hoppier side of the style with emphasis on evergreen and a little citrus background. Rosemary cuts through, but isn’t over the top. The palate is spot on and a reasonably assertive bitterness develops into rosemary and pine over the bready malts. Nice balance.

Sampled on 10/13/2012 at GABF. This spiced pale ale pours a medium orange gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, slightly citrusy and herbal. A medium bodied pale ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are citrusy. Decent carbonation. A touch of rosemary. Nicely balanced beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

On tap at Strange this was quite the odd duck. Bright orange yellow color. It smelled like rosemary and roasted chicken was all I could think of. As I tasted it I was blasted by the rosemary and again couldn’t think of anything but a chicken dinner. This was just too odd but it would make a great beer for beer-can chicken.

My favorite of the large sampler tray. A nice balance of hops with a good dosing of rosemary. The herb plays nicely and adds a secondary flavor to the mix.
