COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Within the strangest existence, there is great depth of character. Such is indeed the case for the Albino MONKey. Ordained in the traditional order of Belgian wheat beers, Albino MONKeys wheat malt backbone is shrouded only by its sublimely complex sweetness. Its motives in its offerings of spicy hops, coriander, orange peel and white pepper spices need not be understood to be appreciated. Simply follow its divine path. Your obedience will be rewarded.

12 oz bottle from Total Wine and More This style of beer it not appealing to me. I realize it is a popular style. The witbier poured a cloudy amber with no head and lacing. The feint aroma of coriander and orange rind is detected. The taste is more complex with spices like clove and some malt mixed with coriander. The finish was yeasty with some spices at the end.
