Poured into a stein. Dark amber/brown color with almost a finger of dirty white head. Decent lacing. Fragrant ripe fruit smell: plum and orange. Musty malt and cider notes too. Clean taste of malt without any defining characteristics, but nice. Some bitterness comes in shorty later. Balanced and robust taste. Crisp with bubbly texture, moderate carbonation. A good drinking beer with a low ABV and great flavor.

Bottle indicates brewed in Rochester, NY. I assume High Falls is contracting to make this in the States. Copper to umber in color. Smaller beige head. Sweet grain, caramel, a touch worty, and weak molasses in the background. By initial thought after tasting, was that this is caramel and malt flavored soda water. My second taste brought the thought that this is caramel and malt flavored soda water. My third quaff brought… I don’t think I need to continue. 2/10

Kolor - ciemny bursztyn, klarowny. Piana - drobna, wysoka, trwała. Zapach - słodowo-kwiatowy lekki. Smak - nuty kwiatowo-owocowe średnie, lekka wanilia, lekki chmiel, średnio słodkie, lekka goryczka i kwasek. Tylko poprawne.

Bottle. Hazy amber with off white head. Aroma of caramel and some dates. Sweet and malty flavour with cake notes, dark fruit and a mild bitter finish. Not a fresh sample, but still fresh enough to rate and not bad. Would like to try this straight from the brewery though with a little more bitterness.

This is an okay bitter. Very mild, some grassy hops, some subtle caramel in the bready malt body.

Bottle courtesy of AirForceHops. Barley malt, dark fruit aroma. Chestnut with a large beige head. Mild toasty caramel malt flavor. Body on the light side of medium, soft carbonation.

Bottle. Toffee barley malt and straw aroma. Medium brown with moderate head. Lightly sweet barley malt and hay flavor. Pretty good.

12 oz bottle "from authentic imported Irish ingredients and ... brewed in the USA" (from label) served in a snifter. Pours a clear, dark brown with a small but beige head that leaves some patchy lacing. Aroma: fruity , malty and floral, in that order. Hints of toffee. Taste: a nice mix of sweet caramel and medium malt with a touch of spicy/herbal hop bitterness. Some fruitiness in the taste suggesting apples, pears and a bit of dark fruits. Mouthfeel: medium body with enough carbonation to impart some tongue tingle. Semi-dry. O: Interesting take on the style Some complexity. .

Bottle, copper ruby pour. Sweet fruity malt forward aroma. Some berry notes. Caramel malt flavor, sweet maltiness. Lite bitterness. Not great

omhper (25949) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - NOV 15, 2012
Draught at The Hudson, Belfast. Clear amber, minimal head. Caramelly from nose to finish. Sweetish with clean, rounded mouthfeel and light-medium body. Mostly caramelly with soem red apples. Dull.

AdamChandler (5206) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - OCT 3, 2012
Dark amber appearance. 1 finger off white head. Brown sugar and caramel. Hints of bitterness like an esb. Taste is bland and flat soda water. Maybe unsweetened root beer? Very odd taste.
