Cask; Regular. Also available bottled.
A full bodied 80/ - ale of a rich chestnut hue. We brew it with a blend of Scottish full malt barley, English first gold and American cascade hops giving it a balanced flavour with a sweet malt finish.

Chestnut colour. Aroma earthy. Taste dark chocolate hints with toffee. Pleasant. Mild on palate. Given dark colour a little disappointing compared to what I hoped. Still grand. Might improve next time.

Cask up the White Lady. Pours clear chestnut, off-white head, nice lacing. Light toffee and spice on the aroma. Taste is light sweet, more toffee. Light raisin note. Decent 80.

Farbe dunkles kastanienbraun.

Bottle into a pint glass. Lightly chocolate aroma. Smooth light taste. Clean and inoffensive, but a bit boring.

Pours dark, maybe a hint of ruby. Tastes dark too. It’s not bad, the flavour isn’t altogether agreeable though.

[6499-20140709] Cask. Grainy cardboard aroma. Clear, mahogany amber body with a long-lasting creamy off-white head. Mild boozy grains flavour has a light cardboard background. Medium body. In good shape, not a style I usually enjoy. (6/4/7/4/13) 3.4
