courtesy of Patrik Feller - hazy dark blond beer under a giant and long lasting foam; nice lace; aroma of cream and fruity hops; pretty full-bodied, tasty and juicy with some late corny tartness; fairly bitter with a long hoppy finish of orange peels and tangerines; pretty dry - very good stuff rand (1770) - SWITZERLAND - FEB 16, 2013
Bottle 50 cl from Mühlistübli - Steffisburg (CH). Muddy orangy with an huge continuois foam, off-white and lasting, very fine crackling. Aromas of hop, yest, soap. The mouth is dry, crispy, grassy and pine bitter, medium aciditry, fruity of wheat, yeast. Without being overpowered by bitterness, an IPA of pine, resin ans citrus. It hangs if not too cold drunk to stick out the malted roundness and the spiced.
