A straightforward and refreshing sweet pale lager. Sweet aroma followed by a sweet, almost honey-like taste. Surprising considering no sugar is added to this preservative and additive-free beer. Only low marks IMHO for this beer is a somewhat thin mouthfeel and sticky aftertaste. In any case, definitely worth sampling.

Bottle. Hard to explain why but I like this as a cheap lager option. Very sweet. Crisp. Nice and drinkable.

12 oz - Some depth, way beyond one-dimensional. I can see why those who like it like it. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - MAY 23, 2013
Sampled at Saint Somewhere Bottle Share. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Nose is sweetness, bread, grassy hops, and some light yeast. Flavor is similar- bread, sweet, and grassy hops with lager flavor. Thin in palate and a clean finish. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - MAY 3, 2013
Bottle:   Hazy straw, thin sudsy white head, sparce lacing.   Sweet grassy nose, slight corn meal but not too bad.   Sweet grass and straw up front, fairly clean, a little dry.   This is better than most I have
had, and one that would be easy to drink.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Nothing really off about this one, simply a sweet grassy lager that I can tolerate, that doesnt seem to have any off flavors.   Pretty boring, but

Bottle. Golden pour with very light head. Light carbonation. Odd taste and aftertaste. Thank god it was free. reggiedunlop (3725) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 10, 2013
Pours a clear pale yellow with a very thin, wispy white head. Aroma has some grass, straw...malty sweetness. Flavor is sweet and malty...light caramel, butter, and grass. Mouthfeel is medium/full and the finish is grass/straw. beerme31 (689) - Holly Springs, North Carolina, USA - DEC 24, 2012
Bottle. Pours clear golden thin white head. Aroma of sweet bread and grass. Taste is medium sweet. Medium-light body, sticky texture, above average carbonation. Pretty decent lager overall. kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 11, 2012
Bottle. Pours a clear dark gold body with a minimal fizzy white head that faded pretty quickly. The nose is not so great, some corn and a light graininess with a bit of light hop extract. It’s got an almost Euro-Lager like quality to it. The flavor is much the same, on the sweeter side with minimal to no bitterness, some lingering corn notes on the finish. Not especially clean or crisp. Mouthfeel is a bit limp and soggy with fizzy carbonation, a bit clingy on the finish. Almost on par with Yuengling Lager, but not quite as good. hellbilly (3247) - scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA - NOV 5, 2012
Relatively sweet all around and far too much to be sessionable.... let alone enjoyable. Extremely High sharp carbonation.
