Bottle. Straw pour with off white head. Tastes like a lighter maibock with some fruit and hops, but not amped up to the level of a better example. Beerman6686 (6607) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 16, 2016
Poured a darker orange with a white head. Aroma was of caramel and grass. Flavor similar. Better than yuengling, but notuch. radagast83 (8191) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - MAY 12, 2016
Draft. Poured a dark golden color with a small off-white head. Aroma is a strong character of malts, some dried fruits. Sweet malt character, very mild herbal and earthy hops, but not much else going on. MarkSachon (1034) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 1, 2016
Gift bottle from my friend Joe -- thanks! As with all things Straub, this one comes in as being not too bad but certainly not exceptional. You won’t go wrong in trying however. ffaoe (838) - Moorestown, New Jersey, USA - FEB 26, 2016

Bottle to shaker glass, pours clear amber-orange, two finger quick off white head. Light lacing with slight retention. Aroma of caramel and flowers. Taste is malty sweet, lightly bitter. Medium-light body, fizzy carbonation, sticky mouth feel. Finishes long and bready sweet. Tasting notes of caramel, bread, tree nuts, brown sugar, molasses and wildflower honey. This is a very well done bock beer, it really surprised me! jb (3301) - Rochester, New York, USA - MAR 21, 2015
