3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney, London. Pours clear gold, lightly effervescent, with a tight, lasting white cream head. The aroma holds straw, Belgian yeast, pale bread, hints of citrus. Light sweet flavor some dried citrus, hints of tangy lemon, white bread, yeast, hay. Light bodied with average to lively carbonation. Crisp on the finish with mellow sweetness, some biscuity pale malts, soft lemon rind, a bit of doughy white bread. A very nice, highly sessionable saison.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Keg at The Cock Tavern. Fuller and sweeter than their ace normal, dry saison. This also has a funkier, mustier slightly sugary aftertaste with an almost metallic twinge. Not as good as the other one - OK.
