Light straw colored beer with a medium foamy bright white head. Mild, zesty nose of citrus, herbs, and light grain. Favor is bright with lemon, nectarine, and white pepper which gives way to a musky bitterness that lingers. Brightly effervescent, this is an easy drinking beer that has more flavor than you would expect.

Beer of month club. Tried with a bit of dread since I don't usually love blonde ales - but this was a pleasant surprise. Pours hazy light golf with foam head that has great retention. Nose of some malt, some floral scents. Taste is more substantive than expected. Some malt, sweetness and even a touch of bitterness at the end. Great for a blonde! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz. bottle. Pours thick, tiny bubbled, well retained, white head, with some lacing, over a slightly hazy, effervescent yellow (SRM 3) body......nose is cereal malts, wheat, hints of lemon, herbal hops, balanced.....taste is dry, with wheat, barley malts, light citrus notes, finishing with a light hop bitterness, no esters, balance slightly to the malts......mouth feel, light of medium body, no alcohol, moderate carbonation. This is a malts dominated beer, with the hops just present enough to maintain interest. As such it meets the style, with out being threatening. BJCP 9/3/16/4/8

Bottle thanks to Alaina. Pours a clear gold with small frothy white head that diminishes. The aroma is grain and bready malt. Medium mouth, strong grain, wet biscuit, light dryness, decent.

Tap. Crystal clear pale golden, medium creamy white head, dissipates fairly quickly, nice lacing. Aroma is light grain, but of grass, honey. Flavor is light sweet, hint of grassy bitterness, dry finish. Clean throughout. Solid summer thirst quencher.

I’m digging this beer. Not typically a blonde lover, but this has a nice hop kick and a low abv that makes for a nice session beer.

Tap at Patxi’s. This one surprised me how hoppy it was. Being a blonde I thought it would real light and sweet. It was tasty and rich. A real nice grain bill. I am really liking Strike’s stuff.

On draft at Tap 25. It pours a yellow/gold color with a tall white head. The aroma has some nice bready and grainy malts with a touch of noble hop aromatics, lemongrass and neutral yeast. The flavor is very heavy on hop bitterness with lots of herbal, earthy and floral notes. Light bread in the background. A bit heavy on the bitterness for an easy drinking style.
